Description |
Do you have excellent customer service standards, online and telephone communication skills and love the challenge of maximising sales opportunities on Air New Zealand products?
As a Business Direct Travel Consultant you will be working in a demanding and challenging environment where it is a necessity to be both proactive and reactive, while remaining calm and having the ability to cope professionally under pressure. You will enable relationship building by providing a professional and complete travel service of online, domestic, international and duty travel to our Business Direct customers.

Ideally, you will have appropriate qualifications and or experience in a sales or similar service industry at a high level and sound knowledge of existing New Zealand leisure travel across industry retail environment.
Standard hours of work: The ordinary daily hours shall be worked between 0600hours and 2000 hours Monday to Friday. Currently the hours are between 8am and 5:30pm however flexibilty around hours may be needed to meet future customer demands.
