Location: Christchurch City, Canterbury

Pay and benefits: $32,000 plus Superannuation & Bonus

Customer Care – Technical
We have a full time Customer Care position available for a technically minded person working from our Sockburn office.
Habasit Australasia Ltd. Is part of the worldwide Habasit Rossi Group, from our Christchurch plant we assemble and distribute Plastic modular belting for customers in New Zealand and Australia.
This key position is the link between our Product Specialists and Customers in both countries and affiliates around the world.
What the role involves:
• Answering the phone.
• Preparing quotes and assisting with technical questions.
• Processing orders, ensuring swift operation between all departments through to delivery.
• Invoicing and account maintenance.
• On-going training.
• Hours are 10:00am – 6:30pm Monday to Friday.
We need you to have:
• Lots of previous commercial experience in Customer Care roles with
• A friendly personality and great phone manner
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• A positive, can-do attitude
• The ability to learn quickly, particularly new technical products & computer programmes
• A passion for getting the job done right, whatever it takes
If you have all this and
• Excellent work ethic
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office & MYOB
• An understanding of the importance of superior Customer Care.
You¡¯ll get:
• Up to $15.50hr (depending on your level of pervious experience and qualifications)
• Annual bonus (based on company sales performance)
