Outstanding new opportunities are now available for both an Electronics Engineer and also a Mechanical Engineer to work with DesignLine buses based out of Ashburton, New Zealand.
DesignLine was established in 1985 and produces high quality coaches, buses and specialty vehicles for the worldwide market. Vehicles are manufactured according to individual customer specifications which includes operators from all over New Zealand as well as Australia, Asia and Europe.
Now owned by a US based company with its headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina, the additional financial backing and increased international orders now means considerable expansion for the principal manufacturing facility in Ashburton.
Applicants for these two positions will have highly developed engineering skills in either electronics or mechanical engineering, an in-depth knowledge of the manufacturing processes and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be qualified to NZCE or BE level or equivalent, and will have a good working knowledge of CAD to support documented requirements. Experience in the transport industry would be a bonus.
Significant remuneration packages will be offered – reflecting both roles seniority and importance to the ongoing development of the Company.
