Type: Permanent
Pay and benefits: $15 to $19/hr depending on experience

•Paris cafe is an up market cafe with a target client base of 25yrs+ professional, semi professional. The cafe is situated in the CBD of Hamilton open from 7.15am to 9pm Tuesday to Saturday. We are open Sunday & Monday but close early.
•There are three menus offered. All day brunch, cabinet and a-la-cart from 5.30pm. The evening is described as "casual dining". The chef would be responsible for maintaining all three menus with the help of an experienced kitchen hand who works 7am to 2pm Monday to Friday.
•The Chef reports to the manager / owner
•We see the position as an opportunity for a chef to further their career, or establish their existing skills. in a modern well designed kitchen
•We would envisage the hours to be 11am to 2pm. 5pm to 10pm Tuesday to Saturday. Sunday, Monday off.
•Paris Cafe has been open almost 2 years and is well supported as a day time cafe. The evening trade still needs development and this is where the main responsibilities of the appointed chef will lie. The chefs position is well supported by professional, customer focused staff and management.
•The remuneration package would be $15 to $19/hr depending on the experience of the successful applicant.
