Generous base salary plus uncapped bonus earning potential.
Big Splash is an innovative, energetic and evolving business specializing in providing Employment Advertising Solutions to businesses. We currently have offices in Auckland and Melbourne, and in the next 18 months we have plans to open further offices in USA & UK.
As an account manager, you will independently manage an existing portfolio of business, helping clients with writing their adverts, designing their adverts, recommending media and coordinating all their advertising requirements.
This is a full-on job to say the least! We deal customers right across New Zealand, both large and small, so the role is mostly phone based with some face to face meetings when required. We work in a deadline driven environment where the pace is always moving fast!! Whilst we have heaps of fun and laughs, we work under tight timelines and pressure of juggling multiple tasks so this can't faze you!
At Big Splash it¡¯s all attitude and activity! So whilst we are looking for a person with previous relationship management experience, and perhaps knowledge of the advertising, recruitment and/or media industries, we will provide full training.
