You?re a great cook, so preparing satisfying offerings is something you do with ease. There is so much about this role that we know you?ll enjoy ? coordinating staff and the variety that comes with buffet, patisserie and function catering.
In addition to your strong culinary experience you?ll bring to us impressive time management and leadership skills, previous staff management experience and a mature, reliable outlook. At least five years cooking experience and excellent food hygiene practice are also essential.
