** Office Administrator - part time - flexible hours
Company: LifeLine Waikato Location: Hamilton City, Waikato Type: Part-time or casual Listed: Wed, 21 Mar
LifeLine Waikato is a 24hr telephone counselling agency offering a free confidential service throughout the Greater Waikato area.
Our Office Administrator is employed 23 hour per week, reports to the Director, and is responsible for all administrative matters of the organisation.
The ideal person for this position will have: Previous administrative experience Excellent computer skills and experience including Word, Publisher, Excel Experience with GST, PAYE, financial management A high level of initiative, energy, self motivation and a willingness to learn Excellent communication skills Excellent time management Experience working within a Community agency The ability to work with and motivate volunteers
