Are you passionate about good food?
We seek a person with the drive and ambition to further develop our in store offering of continental meats, specialty cheese, ready to eat meals, fresh salads, and gourmet foods.
You will have a flair for food presentation, good people management skills, be well organised, and have a high level of customer service. Experience in a supermarket deli, or similar department is a must.
You will be responsible for the overall running of the department including;
Product range control, stock ordering, staff management/training, legislative compliance, and ensuring financial performance of the department.
The position is full time, 45 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday.A highly Competitive salary package will be offered to the right person.
