Do you have great IT and customer service skills? Radius Medical Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced IT technician to join our medical centre support office in Napier, helping the IT Manager to provide IT services and network and data centre support to practices in our group.
Key tasks include helpdesk support, network and data centre maintenance, IT supplies ordering, and taking part in an after-hours on-call roster.
If you have:
- A tertiary qualification in computer science and Windows applications and /or proven experience in IT support
- Well developed customer service skills including a strong solutions orientation
- Ideally, experience with Medtech 32
