Administration Assistant
This is a new position to assist with our facilities administration function, and would suit someone with industry experience who is looking for a challenge. The position will be based at our Ponsonby, Auckland offices but the successful applicant would need to be able to travel and work at facilities as and when needed.
The successful applicant would work along side the Management Accounting team in developing strong administration practices and procedures.
We are looking for the following:
• The ability to problem solve • Excellent communication skills • Flexibility • Develop and maintain administration procedural documentation • Goal setting and time management skills • Strong administration skills, including excel experience • Commitment to excellence • Great sense of humour
