ElderCare New Zealand Ltd is a rapidly growing company in the aged care market with a current composition of 35 resthomes and retirement villages, with over 2000 staff. Accountant
Due to our success, we are expanding the finance team and require the services of a good management accountant to take responsibility for a number of facilities.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for:
• monthly management reporting,
• support of the administration staff at the facilities,
• internal audit,
• identification and implementation of profit improvement opportunities,
• budgets.
We are looking for someone with at least three years accounting experience. It is essential that you are an outgoing self starter with a hands-on approach to problem solving. It is also essential that you have a team focus, strong communication skills, good accounting knowledge and an ability to meet deadlines. You should also have excellent MS Excel skills.
