Youth & Adult Supported Lifestyles Worker (1FTE)
We have a full time salaried position supporting disabled people to gain access to the skills, knowledge and resources that they require to participate in their community, attain lifestyle choices and maximize their independence. This role does not involve the delivery of personal care and household management services.
If you are:
• Interested in working in the community
• A creative thinker / problem solver
• An excellent communicator
• Non- judgmental
• Interested in working within a developmental process
And are looking for a fun job where no two days are the same and have a full driver’s license we would love to hear from you.
