INTERNATIONAL SERVICE CHECK (member of MSPA) is a global company focused on checking customer service quality, using the method of Mystery Shopping.
For projects in New Zealand we are looking for people to work as:
Service Checkers / Mystery Shoppers
Service Checkers’ tasks include occasional visits to various service and retail outlets, from restaurants, car dealerships, and luxury boutiques with clothing or jewelry to banks or supermarkets.

After registration and certification, from time to time, depending on the availability of Service Checks, we will call you or send an e-mail and invite you to visit a specific location. We will pay for your shopping and ask for your feedback.
If you frequently travel around New Zealand, it would be an advantage for us – please mention this during the registration, indicating the most travelled routes.
Service Checkers are selected based on their profiles, which have to meet the specific requirements of a given project. Therefore, the more information you provide in your profile, the greater the chances that we will contact you.
Please note that cooperation with us has an occasional character, this is not full time/permanent work and does not guarantee high income. This is more like an interesting hobby and an opportunity to share your opinion in exchange for a symbolic fee or free shopping.
