Description |
My Client is the leading Outdoor media company in New Zealand. Part of a global media Group, the business provides creative, innovative solutions to advertising agencies and direct clients alike.
Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the General Manager, you¡¯re key tasks will include:
meeting and greeting Clients and visitors
answering the phone and taking accurate messages
typing
filing
managing stationery and kitchen supplies
ordering couriers
liaising with suppliers
assisting with general administrative duties plus much, much more!
This special position requires someone with outstanding communication skills as well as a plenty of initiative and a positive, friendly attitude.
It is essential that applicants possess strong MS Office skills in Word, PowerPoint and Excel as well as fast and accurate typing skills.
