Description |
Our Noel Leeming Group customer service approach is pro-active - we think it¡¯s an area that gives us a competitive edge in our Service Centre which is based on the North Shore and supports our nationwide store network is experiencing significant growth
The role is varied and involves assessing and quoting to replace home appliances as a result of a customer making an insurance claim. Therefore, you will have the opportunity to work with major insurance company companies, customers directly and stores to source product.
You will be utilising your well honed organisational, computer and communication skills as there will be a degree of disputes resolution involved in this role!
