Description |
You will get:
Base salary (negotiable).
Commission + profit share.
An educational and uniform allowance.
A great team to work with.
Personal qualities required:
Personable with excellent customer service skills. (People wait till you are available, even if another consultant is free).
Prepared to 'go the extra mile' with a 'not a problem attitude' with clients as well as peers.
To be responsible, pro active, a great team player and with a high level of initiative.
You will need:
Years of experience as a Travel Consultant where you are known as the 'senior'.
To be flexible in your working hours:
Lynmall - Be prepared to work one weekend day and possibly a late night (1pm-9pm).
Pakuranga - A fixed roster, either Tuesday- Saturday or Sunday-Thursday.
Botony - A fixed roster, either Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday.
Holiday destination/product knowledge as well as an enthusiasm and love of travel.
Experience and qualification would be a great combination but experience and personality plus, would definitely beat that.
