Description |
IAG is New Zealand's largest general insurance company, currently employing over 1900 staff. They currently have a fantastic opportunity for a entry level Broker Claims Consultant to join the NZI Broker Branch.
The role involves providing advice and guidance to brokers/customers, initiating and progressing claims settlement via internal and external service providers.
You will be responsible for registering and managing the claims process of designated claims within policy terms and delegations. You will develop and manage a strong relationship with the Brokers you work with.
IAG seek a person who can process high volumes of work accurately and efficiently and demonstrate an excellent level of customer service. You must have the ability to work constructively within a team, be able to resolve complaints and make decisions.
