Job Description Due to growth within the company, our client is now looking for another Team Leader to join this passionate and motivated team. They key responsibilities for this role will include: - Providing daily operational guidance to the Customer Care Consultants, - Providing ongoing coaching (including call coaching) and development for the team, - Motivating the team to achieve their targets, - Assisting with the recruitment process as required. - Assisting with change management process and the implementation of new initiatives.
