Description |
We are a security installation company, based in Newmarket.
We have a reception based, entry level position available. We are looking for a well presented person with excellent oral and written communication skills, a strong work ethic and an outgoing personality for this front line position.
Duties include answering the telephone, meeting and greeting clients, typing of all correspondence, organising courier pick-ups, as well as general office duties. With the right person, this role has the potential to grow.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who:
- has good skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- has the ability to learn new processes and procedures
- is able to work in a team environment
- is interested in a constantly changing and diverse role
- has good attention to detail
- has a mature and professional attitude
- can organise and prioritise workflow
