Description |
Our client is requiring an experienced Executive Assistant/Office Manager to hit the ground running. In this busy varied role, you will be supporting the General Manager and his senior management team, ensuring that the office is running smoothly as well as staff management.
Duties include:
Providing PA support to GM and senior management
Staff management
Preparing secretarial services to the Board
Ensuring that the Occupational Health & Safety standards are met
Managing service provider agreements
First point of contact for IT issues
Facilities management
Good MS Office skills, strong organisational skills, positive outlook, staff management experience and a sense of humour are essential to this position. Salary to $50,000.
