Job Description This is what we would call a ¡®crunchy¡¯ role – requiring an individual with natural leadership skills, natural service ability and a calm, flexible, efficient manner. In addition to managing a hardworking group of seven administrative support staff, you will provide meaningful support to the Corporate Services Manager, ensuring that day to day operations run like a well oiled machine! Scope of the role extends to event management, facilities management (including responsibility for the Building Warrant of Fitness), relationship management with external suppliers, purchasing and Project management as required. You will have a demonstrated ability to operate competently at this level in a similar role with excellent communication skills, confidence with the full Microsoft Office Suite and that ever- appreciated ability to effectively manage your time!
