Description |

Within Unitec, Facilities Management is responsible for the provision of buildings and services that support the Institution. We are seeking an experienced Projects Assistant to provide administrative support and personal assistance for the Manager of Projects.
The ideal candidate will have:
Demonstrated abilities in managing relationships with external suppliers/contractors.
Ability to understand and organise processes to plan and meet deadlines.
Experienced in project management administration.
Ability to work accurately under pressure
Ability to organise people, time and resources to meet required standards of service.
Thorough understanding of administration procedures.
Strong Microsoft skills, in particular advanced Excel and Project (or similar)
