Within Unitec Facilities Management is responsible for the provision of buildings and services that support the institution. We are looking for an experienced and proven Contracts/Building Warrant Of Fitness (BWOF) Co-ordinator, to supervise the delivery of all non maintenance Service Contracts, co-ordinate inspections for BWOF and IQP¡¯s and to plan, co-ordinate and manage contractors performance The ideal candidate will have: Demonstrated background in managing contractors, including the ability to build positive working relationships/partnerships 3 plus years contract management experience in a large complex organisation Demonstrated background in managing a variety of projects/contracts at the same time Administration and computer skills.
