• You will be able to provide serious evidence of working on larger projects in the above role. Project of say $20 million plus would be appropriate.
• Whilst the ideal candidates should be from with a PQS history, the client is more than happy to look at people from a contractor background looking to make a career as a consultant.
• This is a broad spectrum role and there will be competence in the major areas of Cost Planning, QS & Estimation, Feasibility, Tendering, Contract Documentation, Cost Reviews & Audits to name a few.
• There is an absolute requirement to be outward facing in terms of providing client satisfaction. Working as part of a team and servicing the client is paramount.
• Whilst we look for people from an environment of larger projects there are no boundaries on the industry sectors that candidates will have functioned in.
• You will be able to supply relevant referees that will support the experience that you portray in your application.
