Description |

An exciting opportunity exists, to undertake a Team Leadership within their Facilities Management business, based out of Auckland.
The successful applicant, will be responsible for leading a team of technical personnel, engaged in the installation, repair and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate at least the following knowledge, skills & experience:
Strong team leadership and motivational skills
Customer relationship skills
Sub-contractor management skills
Excellent communications skills
Technical qualifications & experience in HVAC maintenance and installation
Effective Project management abilities
Project engineering, scoping & pricing skills
The desire and abilities to meet agreed timelines and financial targets
