Description |
The focus of the role is to provide high-level support to the General Manager of this operational government sector unit. The position is pivotal in supporting the GM to work with other senior managers and is both challenging and rewarding.
The successful candidate will have in depth analysis and excellent written skills within a central government setting. The role will appeal to someone who enjoys being pro active, working with accountability documents and performance reporting.
To flourish in the role you will need to be very organised with solid coordination expertise. To achieve the desired outcomes you must have excellent relationship management skills and be able to work through other colleagues.
To be considered for the Candidates will need to have a relevant tertiary qualification, excellent knowledge of the machinery of government and be able to work with complex issues.
