Description |
Grant Thornton is a high profile organisation providing accounting and business advisory services to owner managed businesses throughout New Zealand and our Global Network of over 100 countries. We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Receptionist to help achieve our vision of ”°helping clients achieve success and realise their ambitions”±.
As the Senior Receptionist you must be vibrant and confident with the ability to nurture and develop professional relationships with both the clients of Grant Thornton and your colleagues. You must also have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to produce high quality written correspondence and project documents to strict deadlines.
Your role will encompass tasks such as providing outstanding client care services, word-processing, data entry, mail, filing and other general administration duties that may arise. Requirements of the position:
•Previous experience in providing quality client care
•A welcoming personality with the ability to build strong working relationships with those you come into contact with
•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
•Excellent time management and organisational skills
•High professional and personal standards
•Advanced MS Word, MS Powerpoint and intermediate MS Excel skills
This position is full time but we would consider a job share arrangement.
