Job Description Our client is a prominent yet boutique law practice where their area of specialisation lies in intellectual property. Having been voted one of the top law firms and in the top 20 best places to work, this is an opportunity that is not to be missed. A pivotal role within the organisation this role is now available due to promotion. Based at the business frontline you will be responsible for providing exceptional front line reception and administrative support for the Christchurch team. Duties are varied and include answering the telephone, greeting visitors, processing of incoming mail and faxes, preparing and printing letters, preparation files, ordering stationery and groceries, ensuring office equipment is maintained and in working order, database management and updates, basic spreadsheet work, management of mail and couriers, running errands and other day to day office procedures. It is envisaged that successfull candidates will posess the following key skills: A high level of presentation Attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel and electronic dictation Excellent time management skills To be successful in this role you will project a positive and mature outlook, have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn and assist others where you will demonstrate a strong team ethic.
