Description |

Services you will be providing to our valued clients include:
*Set up, operate and removal of audiovisual equipment for meetings, dinners and events
*Meeting and greeting of clients and visitors
*To ensure all meeting room requests requiring audio visual equipment are completed in good time prior to start of meeting
*Provide training and demonstrations to users as required
*Provide on site technical and operational assistance and guidance for all AV meetings
*To develop and apply AV equipment maintenance schedules and testing
*To develop and Coordinate audiovisual requirements with individual clients as well as the hotel management team
*To work closely with Banquet Services over room and AV equipment set-up
Qualified candidates will meet the following minimum requirements:-
*High school diploma or equivelant
*Flexibility with schedule availability
*Excellent customer service skills
*Experience in the Hospitality Industry a plus
*NZ drivers licence
*Professional appearance is essential
