This role involves taking inbound calls from your own portfolio of new and existing customers. You will be handling enquiries and liaising with delivery staff. You will need to have top notch computer skills and attention to detail as you will be processing new subscriptions in a quick and efficient manner. Your love of the product and experience in customers service will see you going the extra mile on every call.
