Description |
Our client is after a dynamic self starter to lead a team and grow a consumer loan book in the Auckland region. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with 5 + years experience within the lending industry and team leading skills to join a company that recognises it's staff and rewards them for hard work. The key responsibility of this position are:
Leadership Skills
Assessing / Processing loan applications
Proven loan sign off experience
New Business Development
It is essential that applicants for this role have strong organisational skills, lending experience and are able to work to tight deadlines. Also essential are good communication skills and team leading skills. Accuracy and attention to detail are key elements to this role as this will ensure a high level of service to external customers.
