Description |
This fantastic opportunity has arisen for a pro-active & self motivated commercial mortgage administrator within Property Finance to join this dynamic team. Either you will be working in this capacity here in New Zealand or you maybe a Kiwi returning home from overseas either way you will be able to demonstrate the following competencies:
Existing/Previous commercial mortgage administration lending experience
Great written and verbal communications skills
Business development skills
Sound risk management skills
Analytical skills
Ability to provide creative solutions
Understanding of complex lending incorporating
