Description |
Senior Fund Accountant - RWH009735MT
Our client is looking for a Fund Accountant for a contract position of 10 months. This role is based in the CBD and will be paying $40 - $50 per hour depending on your level of experience within a New Zealand or Financial Services environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Reviewing valuations for pricing and resolving issues
* Reviewing Bank reconciliations
* Managing portfolio rebalancing
* Reviewing internal reporting and all fee/payment calculations
* General Administrative Duties as required
* Preparing statutory financial statements
* Prospectus financials and Investment statements
* Reporting
* Full ownership of taxation
The successful applicant will have extremely strong Excel skills and had previous exposure to unit pricing and fund accounting. At least two years Fund Accounting experience in a commercial environment is required. CA membership is ideal, but not essential to succeed in this position. Additionally, your knowledge of Hiport will add to your success in this position.
