Description |
Do you have an interest in the insurance and finance industry? Perhaps you've recently completed tertiary study and want to get started in your career? This may be just what you have been looking for.
We are currently seeking polished customer service professionals to work within the general insurance area of this well known market leader in the financial services industry.
You will be responsible to handling in-bound phone enquiries and new claim lodgements by accurately identifying the nature of the enquiry and responding in a timely manner.
Hours of work are rostered between 8am to 8pm Mon - Sun.
We are looking for people who are results focussed and who demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
