To be successful in this role you will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, a ""CAN DO"" attitude and the desire to develop and mentor those around you to deliver results. Previous experience in a call centre leadership role would be advantageous as would sales management exposure, including an ability to report and analyse sales KPI's.
